Team Leader is required to provide leadership and team management for a team of analysts responsible for the day to day support, operation and control of all PC and printer equipment within the client`s infrastructure. Supporting 600 users on Windows XP. Project Management for implementation, migration and technical support of networking issues.Key Requirements include; Experience of supporting Windows XP. Knowledge of Windows NT*2000 server. Experience of using Remedy helpdesk system is desirable. Prior experience of Project and Team leadership. Experience of managing a team remotely is also required.Candidates MUST be fluent in ENGLISH and DUTCH and ideally should reside in the Rotterdam area.
